CERTIFIED VALUATIONS
Our valuations adopt the guidelines contained in the new valuation manual of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, edition 2022 (RICS Valuation – Global Standards 2022, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and are in line with the European Valuation Standards of TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations – EVS 2020) and the International Valuation Standards (International Valuation Standards – I.V.S.), as they are analyzed in the 2024 edition.
Our expertise comes through both postgraduate studies in Great Britain Universities and our daily involvement with a large number of different properties and fixed assets, in various areas and for different purposes.
Our continuous training with participation in valuation bodies and organizations in Greece and abroad, the attendance of RICS, the Hellenic Institute of Valuation (ELIE) seminars, as well as the personal reading of all our partners, keeps the level of our services up to date level.
Our internal procedures are constantly upgraded, so that we follow the European developments at the level of corporate governance. In July 2013 we were certified according to ISO 9001 and since 2015 we provide a digital signature ensuring the maximum degree of security in the exported result of our estimates. Since 2017 we further insure our services through Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII).

Valuation submission
Each valuation is submitted in two separate stages. The first stage consist of the draft numerical results and the second stage consist of the final deliverable.
