We are a well-structured team of 10 valuers in-house, all members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and/or the Technical Chamber of Greece. We are also collaborating with 4 external valuers specialized in fixed assets and art & antiques valuations.

Yiannis BSc Eng, Dipl., MSc, FRICS is among the most experienced real estate consultants in Greece. Since his graduation from The University of Reading UK (1996), he has been working exclusively in the property field. He is a highly calibrate professional who brings integrity and precision to the approach and thinking he applies. He worked with DTZ (UK & Greece), McDonald’s (Greece), Goody’s (Greece), GAIAOSE (Greece) and SISIM (Italy). In 2006 he founded GEOAXIS, the 1st property valuation firm registered in Greece. GEOAXIS is also regulated by the RICS and considered among the top-ranking entities in terms of turnover and the number of valuers in-house. Since March 2019, he has been nominated as the Chairman of the Valuation Forum of RICS in Greece.

Haris is a senior, experienced and very dedicated property valuer. Since his graduation from The National Technical University of Athens (2004), he has been worked exclusively in the property valuation sector in Greece. His experience is related to all types of valuations, consultancy, feasibility studies, and property management. He joined GEOAXIS at 2007 and since 2012 he has been the general manager. Haris is a highly motivated and devoted person with excellent managerial skills.

Kyriaki is an architect and a certified property valuer. Since her graduation from the Democritus University of Thrace (2008), she has been working exclusively in the property sector. Her experience covers a wide range of expertise from project design/construction and construction supervision to valuation reports and reviews of all types of assets. She joined GEOAXIS at 2019. Since January 2021, she is the head of valuations. Kyriaki is a highly motivated and devoted person with excellent managerial skills. Currently she is a RICS candidate.

George is a senior, experienced and very dedicated property valuer. Since his graduation from The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he has worked exclusively in the real estate sector in Greece. His experience is related to all types of valuations, consultancy, feasibility studies and property management. George is also an expert at hotel valuations as he and his family owned a number of hotels and Airbnb properties in Greece. He joined GEOAXIS at 2021 as hotel valuation manager. Currently, he is a RICS probationer.

Theofanis-Marios Kotzampopoulos is a historical researcher, alumnus of the Department of History and Archeology of the School of Philosophy of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.). He also has completed the Master’s Degree of the Economics Department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.) in Quantitative Investing-specialised in Real Estate Investment and Valuation. He joined GEOAXIS in 2022 as a junior Valuer. Theofanis-Marios is a member of the valuation team of the company and he is involved in any kind of valuation.

Angeliki is a chartered art & antiques surveyor and an art consultant. She holds a BSc in Conservation of Antiquities & Works of Art (2006) and an MSc in Art History (2008), specialising in works of art valuation, by the University of Edinburgh. Her experience covers a wide range from valuation of art collections to personal property management. She writes articles about the art market, the valuation of works of art and the management of personal property.
