With 12 valuers in-house, 4 permanent external property specialists and a management team that has been working together for more than 16 years, we cover Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans. Athens is the base of our HQ when Thessaloniki and Crete host our 2 local offices. Since 2024 we have also offered art & antiques valuation services.

Our services reflects the combination of local expertise and 19th years of consecutive valuation experience. GEOAXIS valuations are regulated and strictly prepared based on the latest guidelines and standards of:
- RICS, Valuation – Global Standards 2025
- TEGoVA, European Valuation Standards (EVS 2025)
- International Valuation Standards (IVS 2025)
Our services are always UpToDate, as GEOAXIS team members participates in all the seminars/webinars organized by local and international institutions. In addition, our daily program includes a variety of different property and fixed assets valuations, enforcing and boarding our expertise.
GEOAXIS internal process is also of a high standard as we have followed ISO 9001 since 2013. Since 2015 we have been provide digital signature, while since 2017, we insure our services through Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII), ensuring maximum security and quality for our customers.
HOTEL VALUATIONS
Responding to the increasing demand for certified and high-quality hotel valuations, since 2022 we have created an in-house branch called GEOAXIS Hotel Valuation Services (GHVS).
AGENCY
Since 2022 we have also been offering boutique brokerage services. We aim to provide a professional approach to this high demanding market segment. Our experienced engineers – brokers, approach each case with GEOAXIS’ quality perspective, offering tailor-made services.

Valuation submission
Each valuation is submitted in two separate stages. The first stage consist of the draft numerical results and the second stage consist of the final deliverable.
